This document provides technical specifications and product options for orthopedic hip replacement components manufactured by Dedienne Santé, including cementless and cemented stems, dual-mobility cups, liners, screws, and heads.

Stem Options

• Four main stem types: Cementless Standard Stem, Cemented Standard Stem, Cementless VARA Stem, Cemented VARA Stem.
• Each stem type is available with or without a collar.
• Stem sizes are numbered 1 through 10 for each category.
• Stem heads are available in CoCr (Cobalt-Chromium) and Biolox Delta® ceramic materials.
• Head size options include diameters of 28 mm, 32 mm, and 36 mm with offset variations of -4 mm, 0 mm, and +4 mm.

Dual-Mobility Cups

• Available in sizes ranging from 44 mm to 68 mm, with some sizes available on request.
• Two fixation methods: Cementless CoCr cups and Cemented CoCr cups.
• Revision CoCr cups also available in sizes 66 mm and 68 mm on request.

Liners

• Polyethylene liners available in 22.2 mm and 28 mm thicknesses.
• Sizes correspond to cup sizes, ranging from 44 mm to 68 mm.
• Ceramic liners (Biolox Delta®) are available but not included by default.

Screws and Pegs

• Screws available in 4.5 mm CoCr and 6.5 mm Titanium options.
• Pegs available in CoCr for sizes 44 mm to 64 mm.

Materials

• CoCr (Cobalt-Chromium) used for stems, cups, screws, and pegs.
• Biolox Delta® ceramic used for heads and liners.
• Titanium used for some screw options.
