Introduction
The DELTA PICC catheter is designed for long-term infusion therapies, including chemotherapy, antibiotic therapies, parenteral nutrition, blood product infusion, and intravenous blood collections. It adheres to the latest international guidelines.

Specifications
The catheter is made of multilayer polyurethane and is available in single lumen sizes of 3, 4, and 5 French (Fr). It is cylindrical, marked, radiopaque, and has a length of 55 cm, which can be trimmed according to the Instructions for Use (IFU). The catheter features an open tip design.

Main Components

• 0.018” gold-tipped nitinol guidewire for enhanced echogenicity during ultrasound placement.
• 21-gauge x 7 cm echogenic safety introducer needle and tear-away introducer to minimize vessel trauma.
• Needle-free neutral displacement connector for post-placement cleaning.
• Sutureless universal fixing system for secure catheter placement.

Dimensional Features
The single lumen catheter supports high-pressure flow rates of 3 ml/sec for 3 Fr and 5 ml/sec for 4 and 5 Fr, with a maximum pressure resistance of 325 PSI.

Kits and Components
Various kits are available, each containing a PICC catheter, tear-away introducer, safety scalpel, sutureless securement device, transparent dressing, needle-free connector, nitinol guidewire, tourniquet, syringes, measuring tape, echogenic safety introducer needle, and ECG cable (in some kits). Kits are available in different configurations, including EPF, AMC, AMD, and AS1, with quantities ranging from 3 to 10 pieces per box.

Additional Components
The procedural PICC kit includes additional items such as syringes, a safety hypodermic needle, probe cover sheath, IV dressing, guillotine for catheter cutting, cotton gauzes, a light blue tray, drapes, a surgical gown, cap, mask, gloves, and a hydro-alcohol repellent towel.
