ARROW SPEED 1700 is a modern sinter furnace with inverter technology which helps us sinter ceramic frameworks for crowns and bridges made of zirconium dioxide. The biggest advantage of this sinter furnace is a short time cycle: frameworks are done in 90 minutes. A short time period also means reduced energy consumption, which positions this sinter furnace among the energy- conserving ones. Because of the sinter furnace ARROW SPEED long-term sintering is in the past. Conventional sinter furnaces need from 5 up to 8 hours to sinter frameworks for zirconium dioxide crowns. ARROW SPEED furnace needs only 90 minutes for such crowns. For dentists and dental technicians it means very reduced preparation time, since crowns and bridges as well as scales with a zirconium dioxide framework are finished in one day.
