THE PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICAL MICRONEEDLING SYSTEM Maximum 2.5 mm active needle length The needle module of the XCELLARISPRO TWIST has an active needle length of 2.5 mm. The six precision-ground stainless steel needles have an atraumatic needle grind and penetrate over the full, regulated length. Even the movement of the skin can be counteracted via needle protrusion. Opening of the handpiece The opening recessed in the handpiece allows free access to the drive axles and the front area of the moving drive axles. Besides the bellows sealing element, an additional inspection and cleaning point is provided to enable clean working under surgical conditions. Powerful right-angle gear motor Due to a right-angle motor, vibrations are kept at a minimum and an ergonomic operation is guaranteed during the entire treatment. The control is stepless and offers the user simple and intuitive operation. Even at its highest stroke frecuency (150 Hz) the needles can penetrate hardened skin tissue with ease and reduce pain and stress trauma for your patient to a minimum. Ergonomic design The motor is designed so that its center of gravity is located in direct proximity to the middle of the palm. This allows device stability and a confortable working during the treatment. Active needle retrieval The all-new design of the needle cartridge connection and right-angle gear motor of the handpiece allows for active needle retrieval and, especially at high frequencies, avoids the „ripping effect“. This coupling point design is patented and unique in microneedling devices.
