1. Prepare the payload according to specifications and ensure compliance with regulations if classified as dangerous goods.
2. Pour 0.7 kg of dry ice into the EPS 10 base.
3. Place the payload on top of the dry ice.
4. Pour the remaining dry ice into the EPS 10 base to fully surround the payload.
5. Securely fit the EPS 10 lid, ensuring the gasket engages.
6. Close and secure the BioTherm 10 Outer lid and apply necessary shipping labels.

The amount of dry ice required depends on the desired duration to maintain temperatures of -20°C or -60°C. An initial mass of 0.7 kg should be placed before the payload for all durations.

For -60°C:

Dry ice fills are calculated using loss rates determined from qualification testing with a 7 kg fill.
