Conditioning Instructions:

For winter temperatures below 20°C, prepare PCM Cassettes at 23°C (±1°C) for at least 48 hours. Ensure good airflow and that PCM bottles are fully liquid before packing.
For summer temperatures above 20°C, prepare PCM Cassettes at 17°C (±1°C) for at least 48 hours. Ensure good airflow and that PCM bottles are fully solid before packing.
Avoid removing bottles from cassettes unless necessary.
Validation of preparation guidelines is recommended based on equipment, processes, and ambient environment.

Packing Instructions:

Assembly requires at least two people.
Place the ORCA PAD Base Panel with the open edge facing the front.
Slot the Rear Panel into the back groove of the Base Panel.
Slot Side Panels into the side grooves and secure with Velcro straps.
Place Back Cassettes onto the Rear Panel and secure with Velcro strips.
Place Side Cassettes onto Side Panels and secure with Velcro strips.
Place Base Cassettes onto Base Panel, then add the Base Protection Sheet.
Place the Top Support Frame on top of the assembled Side and Back Cassettes.
Place Top Cassettes onto the Top Support Frame, ensuring the Velcro strip is at the front.
Load the payload into the system.
Slot the Top Panel onto the system.
Place Front Cassettes into the open front side and secure with Velcro strips.
Slot the Front Panel into the groove in the Base Panel and secure with Velcro straps.
The system is now ready to ship.

2.1.1 When using the ORCA PAD Multi Use Euro 15 to 25°C for average (winter) ambient temperatures below 20°C, prepare the ORCA PAD PCM Cassettes in a 23°C (±1°C) environment for a minimum of 48 hours. Ensure the PCM Cassettes are spaced out to allow good airflow around all PCM Cassettes.
