Diasu from pressure analysis to biometric evaluation Since 1986 Diasu is recognized for the Electronic Baropodometer, a system used to complete clinical diagnostic, considered today unique and incomparable, thanks to the efforts of scientific research in orthopedics, rehabilitation, neurology, dental, ENT, ophthalmology fields. Electronic Baropodometer allows test to study static, dynamic and stabilometry. two models of platforms:  Modular MultiSensor Platform with 4 sensors each cm square on a size 40 x 40 up to 160x40. Very light and easy to carry on. Expandable UltraSensor sophisticated Platform, just introduced in the market, with 7 sensors each cm for a real 3D deepening in foot pressure analysis. Expandable up to 4 meters in length and from 50 up to 1 mt in width, so to study also the entire “walk” (3 contacts of the right and 3 of the left on platform, in order to determine foot instability and fall risk patients). To complete diagnosis of postural disorders are integrated additional biometric technologies: - 3D BAK Body Analysis Kapture, to investigate body morphometry (can be combined up to 5 cameras) with reflective markers placed on body's patient: to evaluate symmetries of frontal plane (anterior/posterior), side view (left and right), transversal plane (top view). The software allows to investigate the vertebral column, with automatic calculation of column deviations (Cobb's angle) and 3D back shape analysis (overimposable to X-Ray). - 3D Podoscanalyzer, to investigate foot morphometry with automatic measurements of plantar surface and able to calculate arch thickness and volume. All software comes with hi-res definition and with Bio Postural Index values, comparing the acquired values with normal range, allowing an immediate understanding of each biometry exam,. Additional diagnostic Diasu technologies: - 3D Surfacer System, used to investigate the vertebral column, overimposable to X-Ray, with automatic calculation of column deviations (Cobb's angle) and 3D back shape analysis. - HandyArt to acquire 3D foot and body information used for CAD-CAM milling manufacture process; Besides on the diagnostic systems Diasu is also a foot orthotic therapy line through the PlantarCAM and SpeedyCAM and BraceCAM machines capable to manufacture computerized orthotics/scoliosis braces, customized by using dynamic footprint, podoscanalyzer arch thickness data and leg length discrepancy value calculated by 3D BAK and Handyart images.
