1. After collecting the blood, Insert the tube in its own slot. (Fig.1) 2.Turn it upside down slowly at least 20 times, in order to obtain a perfect homogenization of the samples, making sure that the air bubble moves through the cuvette at every inversion (Fig. 2). 3.Leave the samples to settle for 30 minutes. 4. Gently move the cuvettes in the slots until the 0 mark corresponds to the meniscus (Fig.3). 5. Read the number which is intersected by the sedimentation level of the corpuscular part (Fig. 4). 6.
