LuxaBite is an innovative rigid bisacryl bite registration material developed by DMG America, LLC. It is designed to provide superior handling properties and a firmer setting, resulting in highly accurate, hard, and stable bite registrations.

Specifications
LuxaBite utilizes bisacryl chemistry, offering enhanced mechanical properties compared to VPS bite registration materials. It is automatically mixed to a homogeneous, bubble-free, non-slumping consistency, which prevents the material from flowing into approximal areas. The material achieves a high hardness level (Barcol 25 after 1 hour), preventing compression or flexing when mounted.

Precise Reproduction
The rigidity of LuxaBite ensures precise reproduction of the oral situation, allowing dentists to integrate perfectly fitting restorations without corrections. The contrasting blue color record is break-proof and easy to trim.

Application Procedure
LuxaBite is applied to a row of teeth (maximum 3 to 4 teeth) with the patient in occlusion. The bite situation can be opened and closed after 45 to 60 seconds. Excess material is easily removed using a crossed-toothed burr.
