General Features The D114L is a multi-purpose board series is an interface between railway vehicle equipment and the Multifunction Vehicle Bus (MVB) via process data communication. The D114L is cost optimized to applications with equal or less than 16 process data ports. With duagon's MVB interface you get better communication stability resulting in less communication errors. This is achieved by an improved MVB communication controller together with better common mode noise suppression. duagon's MVB communication controller has two independent decoders for full redundancy support. The D114L is provided with MD16 "UART Emulation": • 16 process data communication ports with max. 32 bytes each • The 16 ports are freely allocable within the MVB address space (no linking with the device address) The D114L is easily programmable with duagon's MD16 driver kit.
