There are three different function groups available on the i214: • Auxiliary power supply Each of the groups features its own reference ground. The soft-core controller manages the operation of the analog outputs and inputs and communicates with the ionia™ using direct connection over the Backplane. Table 3 Analog Input Connector Pinout The pinout is specified in a way, that if 6 analog inputs are assembled, pin1 may form a twisted pair with pin 7 (AI_GND) and pin 2 may form a twisted pair with pin 3 (AI_REF).
