VAMP Closed Blood Sampling System Venous Arterial blood Management Protection system Quick Reference Guide Priming 1. queeze and hold flexures to S slightly raise plunger to facilitate flow of priming solution. 2. With the shut-off valve in the open position (parallel to the tubing), hold sample site above the VAMP reservoir at a 45° angle. 3.
