Kit components & Storage An unopened kit can be stored at 2-8 °C for 6 months. After test, the unused wells and reagents should be stored according to the table. Dilution Method It is recommended to do the experiment with undiluted Human serum and plasma samples. Due to individual differences, please estimate the concentration range of the sample in a dvance, and conduct a preliminary test to determine the appropriate dilution ratio of the sample. Assay Procedure Summary

As the OD values of the standard curve may vary according to the conditions of the actual assay performance (e.g. operator, pipetting technique, washing technique or temperature effects), the operator should establish a standard curve for each test. Typical standard curve and data is provided below for reference only. The above samples were from normal healthy individuals during non-menstrual period or pregnancy.
