We advise using the EliGene® SARS-CoV-2 CONFIRM RT for con irmation, speci ication of unclear samples or in the case of laboratory contamination. Common to all kits ź Each kit is a quadruplex RT-qPCR system, therefore four targets are simultaneously tested in one tube. The three targets amplify different SARS-CoV-2 speci ic sequences, however they all are detected in a single channel. ź This procedure ensures positive results even in case of virus mutation and was chosen with regard to the clear interpretation of results and user comfort.
