C. difficile ELITe MGB® Kit
This qualitative Real-Time PCR test detects Clostridium difficile DNA from stool specimens and identifies the hypervirulent NAP1/BI/O27 strain. It is one of the few assays that differentiate between C. difficile Toxin A and Toxin B DNA.
