Methodology:

Reagents: The URIFAST® A B G® V2 tray contains 20 wells for one test with dehydrated antibiotics at critical concentrations. The M4H medium contains bromothymol blue, and the R4H reagent is used for testing Proteus mirabilis strains.
Procedure: Inoculate the M4H medium, distribute 100 µl per well, incubate for 4.5 hours at 35-37°C, and read the results. Yellow or green indicates growth, while blue indicates no growth.

Accessories: The PRESTO ABG® is a single-use inoculator providing a standardized inoculum, available in boxes of 400 units.
