TrackSense® Pro Data Loggers

The TrackSense® Pro data loggers are constructed from high-resistant stainless steel, offering precise and stable measurements for thermal processes. They support interchangeable sensors for measuring various parameters such as temperature, vacuum, relative humidity, pressure, conductivity, and CO2. The data loggers can be activated and read using the Multi reader station and provide real-time data when used with the Sky module. The ValSuite™ software, compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, facilitates data analysis and reporting.

  • Pressure and Rigid Temperature Sensor: Measures pressure from 10 mBar to 6 Bar ABS using piezoresistive/electrical resistance principles with a strain gauge/Pt1000 sensor element. Accuracy is ± 0.25% Full Scale.
  • Temperature Range: 0 to +150 °C with an accuracy of ± 0.05 °C.
  • Response Time: T-63% in 0.8 seconds, T-90% in 1.7 seconds.
  • Logger Specifications: Pro 3G model operates from 0.001 mBar to 10 Bar ABS and 0 to +150 °C. Made from 316L stainless steel, it measures 25 mm in diameter and 44 mm in length, weighing 48 grams with battery.
  • Memory and Sampling: Stores 120,000 data points or 40,000 samples with a sample rate from 1 second to 24 hours and a maximum start delay of 14 days.
  • Safety and Accuracy: Intrinsically safe with time accuracy of ± 5 seconds per 24 hours. Uses TSP standard battery.
