Product catalog summary
Overview: The VIBROLITH is an electro-pneumatic lithotripter developed by ELMED, designed for the disintegration of calculi using ballistic energy. It operates by accelerating a bullet with compressed air to impact a steel probe, which then transmits energy to the calculi, effectively disintegrating it without affecting surrounding tissue.
Specifications: The system operates at a pressure range of 0.5-4 bar, with a supply pressure of 3.5-6.5 bar. It offers single or multiple pulse modes with a rate of 50-720 pulses per minute. The power supply is adaptable to 115/230 V AC, 60/50 Hz, and the system is electrically isolated to prevent hazards. The main unit dimensions are 305 x 254 x 113 mm, and it weighs 6.5 kg. Probes are available in various sizes and are adjustable based on the user's ureteroscope.
Applications: VIBROLITH is suitable for percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL), endoscopic treatment of bladder stones, and uretero-renoscopy (URS) for ureteral stones. It is effective for treating staghorn stones, renal pelvic, and calix stones, providing quick and powerful endoscopic treatment regardless of stone size.
Features: The system is user-friendly, with a touch-key panel for pulse mode selection and a digital counter for monitoring pulses. It includes a specially designed suction adapter for easier stone particle removal and clear vision. The system is compatible with central air supplies or separate air compressors and offers a range of probes for different applications.
Maintenance and Cost: VIBROLITH requires minimal maintenance due to its reusable and sterilizable steel probes, resulting in low operational costs. It is designed to be simple, powerful, mobile, and cost-effective.
Safety and Compliance: The device complies with EN 60601-1 Class I, Type B, and EN 93/42/MDD, Class IIb standards. The handpiece and probes can be sterilized using chemical, gas, or autoclave methods.
Contact Information: ELMED's headquarters are located in Ankara, Turkey, with an additional office in Orlando, USA. Contact details include phone numbers and email addresses for both locations.

SAFE VIBROLITH is a electro-pneumatic lithotripter. It works under the principle of collision of a bullet, accelerated by a compressed air with a steel probe. This probe transmits the impact energy to calculi. By this electro-pneumatic ballistic energy only the calculi is disintegrated, there is no effect on tissue. Since only compressed air pulses is the source of the impact effect, no heat is exposed. Therefore, there is neither risk of any thermal injury on tissue nor destruction on optics of endoscopy. There is no electrically driven operation except the control box. So that, any electrical...

ELMED Lithotripsy Systems EFFECTIVE VIBROLITH guarantees user satisfaction in application to all kind of renal, ureteral and bladder stones. With VIBROLITH, treatment is of short duration with a high success rate regardless of the composition and the location of the calculi. The electro-pneumatic energy by direct contact with the probes provides maximum efficiency for the disintegration of calculi. VIBROLITH is highly effective for the Staghorn stones, renal pelvic and calix stones in the use of PNL. VIBROLITH provides an easier treatment of stones in entire uretery with URS. No matter the size...
