Surgical Technique 1. Ream Tibial Canal pressure using the Unicorn Reamer. Confirm proper alignment Handle and broach for the tibial keel through the Tibial Base Trial. Size the Tibia using the Tibial Base Attach the Tibial Broach to the Modular 5.
