Confirm proper alignment Handle and broach for the tibial keel through the Tibial Base Trial. Size the Tibia using the Tibial Base Attach the Tibial Broach to the Modular 5. Ream Femoral Canal Ream the intramedullary canal with hand pressure using the Unicorn Reamer. Make the distal cut using the Cut Guide, Cut Block, and 5 Degree Valgus Bushing. Confirm proper orientation of the Valgus Busing with “R” or “L” facing up. Speedbloack to left or right and attach the Stem Trial. Insert into the femoral canal. Rotate to the desired position. Pin Speedblock in place and make AP Speedblock. Remove Pins and and chamfer cuts. Leave Speedblock Rotate the stem on the back of the Assemble Trial Stems to the Attach implant stem to the Femoral and Baseplate Trials. Femoral and Tibial Components. Impact the Trials onto the bone, Apply cement. Impact poly insert assess need for a Tibial Augment, with Insert Impactor. 11. Optional Patella Replacement Resect the patella and use Patella Sizer to determine component size and guide drill hole placement.
