Vial Vortex Shaker-Mixers Vial Vortex-Shaker Mixers are designed for liquid homogenization and solid/liquid extractions. The ePrep ONE deck can accommodate up to three units, each independently controlled through the workflow software. Two versions are available to suit different applications: the 0.75mm Radial Offset model for small vials, and the 2.5mm Radial Offset model for large vials and solid/liquid extractions.

Syringe Filter Rack Syringe filter rack enables the operation of luer syringe filters on the ePrep. The rack holds 40 x 12mm to 36mm diameter commercial syringe filters. Bulk Solvent Manifolds The Solvent Manifold enables delivery of larger reagent or solvent volumes from bulk bottles positioned alongside the ePrep system. Available in three configurations tailored to different syringe types, the manifold accommodates Version #1 for Needled Syringes, Version #2 for Guided Luer Syringes, and Version #3 for pSPEed Syringes. Each configuration is equipped with three inlet ports fitted with one-way valves to prevent backflow, along with a single waste outlet port for efficient liquid handling.

On-deck sample stirring is facilitated by the 30 or 60 position magnetic stirrer, suitable for applications including environmental soil samples, pharmaceutical tablet or paste dissolution, and viscous sample processing. Stirring profiles are fully configurable through the ePrep software. Additionally, ePrep has developed a patent-pending magnetic bead specifically designed for large soil sample extractions, such as PFAS or semi-volatile compounds in soil matrices.

21 CFR Part 11 compliant software and comprehensive IQ/OQ documentation for validation are available for the ePrep ONE system. Activation of 21 CFR Part 11 functionality requires the instrument serial number for system authentication. Authorized ePrep representatives can provide onsite validation services conducted by qualified engineers, offering either instrument-only IQ/OQ validation or complete instrument and 21 CFR Part 11 software validation packages.

ePrep Syringes, Tools and Spares Analytical Syringes for ePrep ONE ePrep ONE analytical syringes incorporate patented XCHANGE technology, enabling robotic syringe interchange during workflow operations. Available in volumes providing overlapping dispense ranges from 1 pL to over 10mL, these gas-tight syringes feature standard Teflon or PFAS-free fittings and needle length options of 80mm or 103mm to accommodate varying vial heights.
