Introduction
This document presents a clinical study conducted in June 2022 by the Faculty of Science, Department of Chemistry at Akdeniz University. The study evaluates the light transmittance properties of ONCOERA branded DEHP-free PVC tubes, which are used in pharmaceutical applications to protect drugs and organic substances from UV light-induced photodegradation.

Specifications
The analysis was performed using a Cary 5000 UV-VIS-NIR Spectrometer, focusing on the wavelength range of 200-900 nm. The primary objective was to assess the tubes' ability to block UV light, which is crucial for maintaining the effectiveness of pharmaceuticals during administration.

Results
The study found that ONCOERA branded DEHP-free PVC tubes effectively absorb light below 480 nm, demonstrating good performance in UV light protection. The results were plotted as percentage transmittance, indicating the tubes' efficiency in safeguarding pharmaceuticals and organic substances.

Conclusion
ONCOERA branded DEHP-free PVC tubes, manufactured by Eraser Medikal Ltd. Şti., provide excellent protection against UV light, making them suitable for use in drug infusion and transfer sets. This ensures the stability and effectiveness of pharmaceuticals during their administration.
