Overview
The Captair Flow Smart is a mobile ductless filtering clean air enclosure designed to provide an ultra-clean, dust-free environment. It features an ergonomic design, internal LED lighting, and high-efficiency particulate filtration. The enclosure can be used on mobile or fixed benches and includes air flow monitoring capabilities. The eGuard App allows for remote control and monitoring of the workstation.

Specifications
The enclosure is available in four models (321, 391, 483, 714) with varying dimensions and features. It complies with safety standards such as NF EN 61010, CE Marking, and EN 1822:1998 for HEPA H14 and ULPA U16 filters. The air quality within the enclosure meets ISO Class 5 standards according to EN 14644-1.

Filtration
The enclosure uses HEPA H14 filters with 99.995% efficiency and ULPA U16 filters with 99.99995% efficiency for particles larger than 0.1μm. An optional carbon filter can be added for protection against VOCs. A particulate pre-filter protects the main filters from dust.

Features
The worktop is available in stainless steel 304 L or TRESPA® TopLab PLUS. Internal lighting is provided by LED lights with varying lux levels depending on the model. The eGuard app offers real-time remote control, and connectivity is available via an RJ45 cable. An anemometer monitors pressure drops indicating filter replacement needs.

Accessories
Options include rolling carts (Mobicap) or fixed benches (Benchcap) and Molecode S for automatic detection of VOC filter breakthrough.
