The device is equipped with high-performance PSOL and active exhalation capabilities, comprehensive graphics, and trending features, and offers a touch screen interface for ease of use. It is designed for intra-hospital patient transport and supports internet remote viewing and Heliox therapy.
Specifications: The ventilator offers user-initiated functions such as manual inspiration, inspiratory and expiratory breath holds, alarm silence, and standby mode. It monitors and displays data including delivered oxygen concentrations (21-100%), trend data (1-72 hours), and 34 monitored parameters. Real-time graphics include volume, flow, and pressure loops. The device features prioritized alarms, an auto-set alarm feature, and a 1000-event log. Communication interfaces include Ethernet, Nurse call, and RS232.
Physical Data: The ventilator operates on AC power (100-240 VAC, 50/60Hz) and includes an internal and optional external battery. It features a 12.1” LCD touch screen and an optional internal compressor with battery backup. The gas supply requirement is 2-6 Bar, and it integrates with the CliniNet® Server with SNMP. An optional remote viewing system is available through CliniNet® Virtual Report™ Software. The warranty is 5 years.
Modes of Ventilation: The ventilator supports Assisted Control Mandatory Ventilation (CMV), Synchronized Intermittent Mandatory Ventilation (SIMV), and Spontaneous Ventilation (CPAP + PS, CPAP + VS, SPAP). Additional features include auto control, apnea backup ventilation, SPAP philosophy options, an IBW calculator, NIV on/off in all modes, an active exhalation valve, and automatic leak compensation.
Breath Types and Triggering: The device supports volume-controlled, pressure-controlled, and volume-targeted pressure-controlled breath types. Breath triggering options include pressure triggering (0.5-20 cmH2O) and flow triggering (0.1-25 lpm).
Additional Settings: The ventilator allows for a wide range of settings including respiratory rate (0-150 bpm), tidal volume (5-2000 ml), PEEP/CPAP (0-50 cmH2O), and oxygen concentration (21-100%). It also includes rise time settings, exhalation sensitivity, base flow settings, and plateau (inspiratory pause) settings.
User Interface: The ventilator features a configurable graphic user interface with multiple easy view tabs for main settings, monitoring, alarms, and configuration. It supports graphics display with loops and waveforms, apnea back-up, Smart Nebulizer™, Smart Sigh™, and humidification selection. Heliox therapy is supported up to 80%.
