Introduction
Exactech, Inc. introduces the Vantage® Total Ankle System, designed to improve patient outcomes by addressing clinical challenges through advanced engineering and surgeon expertise. The system is based on proprietary CT reconstruction studies of both healthy and diseased ankles.

Tibia Component
The tibia component is designed for anatomic cortical coverage and fibular articulation. It aims to preserve the integrity of the tibia anterior cortex through innovative design and surgical techniques. Initial fixation is achieved via a press-fit bone cage and plasma pegs.

Talus Component
The talus component features a talar shield with increased surface area to address subsidence. It is designed to replicate natural biomechanics through its articular side. The flat cut talus allows for initial fixation through a press-fit bone cage and plasma pegs, while the curved talus offers a curve-on-curve shape for inherent stability.

Locking Clip
The locking clip securely fastens the tibial insert liner and tibial component, facilitating easy insertion and removal of the polyethylene liner if necessary.

Indications
The Vantage Ankle is indicated for cemented use only.
