- Hot Packs: Available in various sizes including circular (10" diameter), standard (10" x 12"), neck (9" x 24"), oversize (15" x 24"), half size (5" x 12"), small spine (10" x 18"), large spine (10" x 24"), and knee-shoulder (10" x 20").
- Covers: Made from foam-filled terry or all-terry materials, available in sizes matching the hot packs. Covers include features like hook and loop fasteners to keep packs in place and are washable to allow heat transfer without skin burns.
- Heat packs can be warmed using a stove, microwave, or hot pack heating unit.
- After use, packs should be stored in a plastic bag in the freezer.
- Always use a cover or a heavy towel when applying the heat pack to the skin.
