Fibre Optic Light Sources
FAROMED offers two main LED light sources: the LED Light Source 1000 and the High Power LED Light Source 3000. Both feature stepless illumination control and daylight quality of approximately 6300 K. The LED Light Source 1000 has a lamp lifetime of over 20,000 hours and light intensity similar to 100 W Xenon, while the High Power LED Light Source 3000 offers a lifetime of over 10,000 hours with intensity akin to 300 W Xenon. Both models provide optional light guide connections for Storz or Wolf systems.
The Halogen Light Sources include the HL 150/-Duo and HL 250 models. The HL 150 features a 150 W halogen lamp with adjustable brightness and a standard Storz connection. The HL 250 offers a 250 W halogen source with a diaphragm and an alternative switchable second lamp, also with a standard Storz connection.
Xenon High Power Light Sources are available in 100W, 180W, and 300W models, all offering optimal color rendering with a color temperature of approximately 5600 K. These sources are dimmable, produce low heat, and come with standard Storz connections, with options for turret connections and video input terminals for automatic light intensity control.
FAROMED provides mobile light sources for endoscopes, available with Xenon or LED light. The system light handles are compact, autoclavable, and powered by AAA batteries, with adapters available for Storz, Wolf, or ACM systems. High Power LED light handles include a battery box and options for Li-Ion rechargeable battery packs and USB plugs.
Mobile stands are available with platforms of varying sizes and hooks or bars for headlights. These stands are designed to accommodate different light sources and provide flexibility in medical settings.
