Danish Production for 100 Years Farstrup Sawmill was founded in 1910. The location close to the Langesø forests was a natural choice as transport of the large tree trunks was carried out with horse and wagon. In 1918 the first steps to manufacture chairs was taken and thus the basis was created for the growth in the coming decades. The company name was extended to include “and Chairs”.
