Where people meet Huge demands are placed on the furniture used to furnish the places where people meet, be it conference rooms or concert halls. Different ranges for the entire contract market Farstrup manufactures tables, chairs and armchairs for the contract market: public institutions, nursing homes, hospitals, restaurants and conference centres as well as private businesses – all places where the furniture is used by a large number of people. Long established traditions at the factory and close associations with dealers and customers have created a team at Farstrup which is well-equipped to handle projects of any size with that all important individual touch.

Strength, durability and maintenance Beech is a strong, supple wood which is ideally suited for contract furniture. Our beech furniture is highly durable and will last for many years as a result of the demands we place on functionality, durability and maintenance. Needless to say, safety is another important factor, and Farstrup Contract furniture can be provided with fire-resistant foam and flame-retardant fabrics. Chairs for nursing homes and hospitals can also be supplied with removable, washable covers which incorporate waterproof foil, – as well as castors for easy transport of chairs...

Multi-purpose table system A Farstrup table is more than just a table; it is part of a system created by modules of various shapes and sizes. The modules can be combined to suit any purpose. Depending on the customer’s requirements, the components of the table system may be freely combined in terms of shape, size of module, finish, colour and frame. Additional leaves may be added to increase seating capacity. Table legs, shaker frames and pedestal bases may also be chosen on the basis of your needs and demands for flexibility to ensure that tables are suitable for example for wheelchair...
