What Kind of Disinfection Agents are Used? There is a large selection of approved agents for every jurisdiction , but we prefer 7-8% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution , which is increasingly favored as the first choice for disinfecting all kinds of spaces and micro organisms . The use of hydrogen peroxide in this concentration is not subject to strict regulations , the process takes significantly less time and the active ingredient finally breaks down into oxygen and water.
