FGW: Lab Glassware Washing Unit - Standard Cycle for Non Heat-Sensitive Loads
  • Steam Injection in the Chamber: Direct steam injection with emollient action, duration 3-7 minutes depending on soil.
  • First Washing + Detergent: Temperature 40°C to 65°C, duration 3-5 minutes.
  • Second Washing + Acid Detergent: Temperature 30°C to 55°C, duration 3-5 minutes.
  • Rinses: Rinse chemical residues, temperature 35°C, duration 1 minute. Number of rinses depends on water conductivity.
  • Steam Injection in the Chamber: Prepares chamber for drying phase.
  • Compressed Air Injection in the Chamber: Reduces excess water on load.
  • Drying Phase Through Hot Air Injection: Air heating via steam, no heating elements needed.

Note: Washing and rinsing phases can use cold, hot, or deionized water.
