Technical Specifications
The Blaster for Additive Manufacturing is designed with dimensions of 800 mm x 800 mm x 1700 mm and a workspace size of 650 mm x 500 mm x 500 mm. It supports a load capacity of 30 kg and operates with compressed air ranging from 1 bar (14.5 PSI) to 8 bar (116 PSI), consuming 600 l/min. The power requirements are 110V/230VAC at 60Hz/50Hz.
Basic Configuration
The blaster includes electronic height adjustment, a large window for optimal viewing, a blow-off gun, adjustable worklight, and an SX35 injection blasting gun. It features a 1.5-liter abrasive reservoir with a dosing valve, a blasting pressure regulator, and an abrasive flow regulator. Blasting is activated via a foot pedal, and the system includes automatic abrasive refill, a media recycling system with a vacuum unit and filter, heavy-duty replaceable gloves, and a door safety switch. The construction is stainless steel.
Advanced Features
Additional features include a 4.3'' touchscreen display with an adjustable angle, automatic blasting pressure adjustment, and an integrated AddiMiniBlast pressure blasting system with a Ø 2 mm nozzle. The system supports automatic refill and offers WiFi connectivity for control via smartphone, tablet, or computer. It is compatible with all types of abrasives.
