Technical Specifications
The Station for Transfer and Additive Recycling is designed with dimensions of 2000 mm x 1100 mm x 2080 mm. It features a powerful 5.5 kW vacuum extraction pump and a cyclone separator equipped with a quick-mountable exhaust HEPA 13 cartridge. The system includes a pulse jet filter cartridge cleaning system and a rotary valve made from AISI 316 for powder dosing. A vibrating sieve with ultrasonic cleaning enhances sieving capacity, and the station is equipped with a 40-liter big powder collection bin and a 10-liter waste powder collection bin. The collection cyclone has a level switch, and the powder collection bins are equipped with load cells for weight measurement. The station uses a suction hose with a diameter of 50mm and is controlled via an electro control box with an 8" color touch interface. It is easily movable by forklift or crane and is ATEX certified for explosion protection.

Optional Equipment and Features
Optional features include an inert suction atmosphere and inert pulse jet cleaning system for the filter cartridge, available only when paired with the Addiblast™ MARS03 depowdering cabinet. The station can also be equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity for control via smartphone, tablet, or computer when connected to the Addiblast™ MARS03. Presets for different powders such as aluminum (Al), iron (Fe), and titanium (Ti) are available.

Operational Requirements
The station operates with inert gases such as Argon (Ar) and Nitrogen (N2) at pressures ranging from 6 bar/87 PSI to 8 bar/116 PSI. The air/gas consumption is 150 liters per minute. The power requirement is 3x 230/400V, 3/N/PE 50/60Hz, and the station weighs 850 kg.
