Concept
The Hip’n Go concept offers a choice between a rigid acetabular cup and a dual mobility acetabular cup. Range and Materials
The cementless rigid Hip’n Go cups are available in 10 sizes, from 46mm to 64mm in diameter, with an optional range up to 74mm. Metal-backs are made from TA6 V4 titanium alloy, sprayed with T40 titanium, and coated with hydroxyapatite for long-term fixation. Inserts are made of UHMWPE polyethylene or Ceramic Biolox Delta, known for its resistance to fracture.

Press-fit and Fixation
The metal-back features a hemispherical shape with an equatorial flare and crenelated macrostructure for excellent press-fit qualities. It includes wings to prevent rotation. The inner face is designed for liner fixation, using a micro-threaded Morse taper for ceramic inserts and notches for PE inserts. The cup has three holes for optional cancellous bone screws.

Inserts
PE inserts are designed to prevent creep and allow for orientation with 12 notches. Ceramic inserts made of Biolox Delta alumina support head sizes of Ø32mm and Ø36mm, offering high resistance to fracture and reduced wear.
