Gear Pump-Motor Unit FG400 series

Gear Pump-Motor Unit FG400 series

Product catalog summary
Overview: The FG400 series magnet drive gear pump-motor units are engineered for heavy-duty applications, emphasizing reliability in harsh environments. The integration of a magnet drive with ceramic internal components enhances robustness, allowing the pump to handle various liquids safely.
Design and Features: The FG400 series combines a 24V brushless DC motor in a rotor-less configuration with a high precision mag drive MG series gear pump. This design extends the service life by reducing moving parts and ensuring system balance. The unit is electromagnetically coupled, leak-free, and versatile, delivering smooth, pulsation-free flow.
Main Applications: The FG400 series is suitable for medical equipment, hemodialysis apparatus, laser apparatus, lubrication, ink-jet printing systems, cooling systems, laboratory instrumentation, water treatment, sampling, food processing equipment, and sanitization.
