  • Fired State Properties: After firing, the tensile modulus increases to 50.0 GPa (7252 ksi), and flexural stress at break is 33.5 MPa (4895 psi). Cold crushing strength is 72.2 MPa (10.4 ksi), shear modulus is 21.9 GPa (3176 ksi), Poisson’s ratio is 0.140, and density is 1.9 g/cm3 (119 lb/ft3).
Procedures: The data for green parts was obtained using Form 2 printers with 100 μm settings. Fired parts were printed with a pre-applied scale factor and fired using a 30-hour schedule to a maximum temperature of 1275 °C, as per the Formlabs usage guide.
