Material Specifications:- Mechanical Properties: The resin exhibits an ultimate tensile strength of 46 MPa (6671 psi) and a tensile modulus of 2.2 GPa (329 ksi) when post-cured. Elongation at break is 48%.
- Flexural Properties: Post-cured flexural strength is 65 MPa (9427 psi) with a flexural modulus of 1.9 GPa (275 ksi).
- Impact Properties: Notched IZOD impact strength is 40 J/m (0.75 ft-lbf/in), while unnotched IZOD is 715 J/m (13 ft-lbf/in).
- Thermal Properties: Heat deflection temperature is 53 °C (127 °F) at 1.8 MPa and 63 °C (145 °F) at 0.45 MPa. The coefficient of thermal expansion is 91 µm/m/°C (50 µin/in/°F).
Solvent Compatibility: The resin's resistance to various solvents is measured by weight gain over 24 hours. Notable results include:

- Salt Water (3.5% NaCl): 0.56% weight gain
Usage Notes: Material properties can vary based on part geometry, print orientation, settings, and temperature. Data was obtained using Form 2 printer settings, with post-curing performed at 80 °C for 120 minutes.
