WineScan™ SO2 has a FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) interferometer that scans the full infrared spectrum. Information gained from liquid and gas The WineScan measures multiple parameters of wine and must using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) technology to scan a liquid sample.
