Established in 2015, Fashion Villaz is a Garment Manufacturer, Exporter and Retailer based in Pakistan. We are running our Brand “BRUMANO”, which is selling complete range of high quality Men’s wear. All the garments are produced inhouse. The company is producing Fashion Garments as well as well Medical Textile products in Disposable as well as Woven fabrics. We have constructed area of 100,000sq ft production space which helps us to extend the manufacturing facility smoothly.

Disposable Gown in 30gsm or 40gsm Non-woven fabric for Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3. Can me made with Spun bond or SMS fabric. The gown is CE certified and passes standard for EN-13795 Can we made with Elastic Cuff or Ribbed Cuff

Patient Gown and & Reusable Gowns Woven Fabric Gowns for Patient as well as hospital staff. The gown is reusable and can be made be made in color as per requirement.

Disposable Lab Coat with Velcro closure in Spun Bond fabric in Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Navy, White color, or any other color as per customer’s requirement.

Coverall in Spun Bond, or Breathable spunbond fabric with zipper. The product can be made with Hood, and foot closure or as peer requirement. Can be made in White, or any other color.

Non Woven Disposable Scrub Suit in various sizes, and fabric weights from 40gsm to 70gsm. Shirt with pocket or without pocket. Trouser with draw string or elastic.

The Reusable Scrub Suit can be made in 100% Cotton as well as Cotton/Polyester blends. The garment can be made in various colors as per customer’s demand. Can be made in Plain, Twill, or other Weave as per requirement

We are producing below type of mask: • Nano Technology Mask (99% BFE, 95% PFE) • Anti Microbial 2 Ply Knit Mask • Water Repellent 2 Ply Knit Mask • 3 Ply Disposable Mask The mask can be made in Woven or Knit fabrics. All Textile Mask can be customized All Textile Mask can be made with Nano Technology

Nano Textile Mask is 5 ply mask with Nano Technology in it. The mask passes 99% BFE. The mask is Washable upto 10 time and still maintain the BFE The Mask can be made with customer’s brand / color / print, etc. The mask can be made with Nosewire or Without nose wire. • Anti Microbial Mask is 2 Ply Knit Mask . Anti Microbial process help kill the bacteria or stops its growth • This Mask is Washable • Can be made with customer’s branding • Packing can be discussed • Can be made with Earloop or Elastic band

This is Mask Style with Beads on the Elastic Loop All the Textile mask can be made in this style.
