Introduction
BLOK™ Casein is a purified protein solution used to block free binding sites in various immunochemical applications such as western blotting, ELISA, and immunohistochemistry. It is provided in a ready-to-use 1X concentration.

Items Supplied
The product is available in two forms: BLOK™ Casein in PBS (1X) with a size of 2 x 500ml and BLOK™ Casein in PBS [1%], Hammarsten Grade, with a size of 1L.

Storage Conditions
The product is shipped at ambient temperature and should be stored at 4°C upon arrival. It remains stable for up to one year.

Protocol
1. Swirl the bottle gently and open it under aseptic conditions.
2. Add the required volume of BLOK™ Casein in PBS to the experimental setup as per the protocol.
3. Incubate for 30 minutes to 2 hours at room temperature with gentle shaking.
4. Continue with the specific experimental protocol.
