RESKED RESKED is an application, based on Web technology, for the management of workflow in Radiology. The purpose of this RESKED is to collect, manage and store the useful information generated in the structure, allowing to cover the entire radiological process, from booking and acceptance of the exams, to the coordination of logistical aspects (occupation of rooms, staff...), up to the reporting and archiving of the service. The administrative information managed in RESKED, which concern the patient's personal data, the type of exam to be performed, the operative modality (urgent or routine examination) and the availability according to the diagnostic diaries, can be acquired directly by the patient, or from the integration with other information systems, such as the acceptance of the requests from booking centers. EXAMINATION ROOKING The reservation is made in a simple and intuitive way, with the display in a daily calendar of free / occupied slots and the possibility to enter the reservation with a few mouse moves. PATIENT ACCEPTANCE The arrival of the patient in the structure coincides with the acceptance phase, in which the booking data are recalled, all the forms required by law are automatically filled in by the system with the patient's data and signed with a graphometric signature to be affixed with a graphic tablet. WORKING LIST The data of the accepted patient are then transmitted as a working list to the diagnostics where the exam will take place. Before starting the examination, the technician will be able to insert some patient's anamnestic data into a prepared card. EXAMINATION REPORT Once the exam is performed, it will be made available in the list of exams that the doctor must report. For the completion of the report the doctor may use pre- established models or a system of voice reporting. RESKED is fully compatible with the main digital signature software and uses it to authenticate the examination report, ensuring legal compliance with the document. In RESKED the security and confidentiality of personal data are treated in such a way as to guarantee compliance with the current legislation about the processing of sensitive data with electronic means. For data management, MySQL is used as RDBMS, but the product is easily integrated with other RDBMS such as Oracle, Firebird, Postgres. RESKED is designed for the management of reporting in structures equipped with PACS system. For this reason, the product is natively integrated with EYERAD/EYELITE, but can also be integrated with other manufacturers' viewers. RESKED can manage different kind of signature: • with smartcard • with USB signature devices RESKED can directly manage patient CD production in accordance with the IHE Portable Data for Imaging (PDI) profile or deliver the exam directly to the patient via a dedicated web portal, where the user himself can view and / or download the report and images. RESKED can be integrated with the accounting application to obtain patient records and to return the list of exams performed.
