Label Size Guide for Vials & Tubes Our handy label size guide indicates the maximum allowable dimensions to avoid overlap for a given size of tube or vial (may vary by brand). This table makes choosing the right label simple and convenient, no matter if you are labeling small PCR tubes, large conical tubes, cryovials, or blood collection tubes. Maximum Usable Label Area 13 x 75 mm (blood collection vial) 13 x 100 mm (blood collection vial) 16 x 100 mm (blood collection vial) 16 x 125 mm (blood collection vial) *These tubes are not recommended for long term storage at -196°C Suggested Product (Roll) Suggested Product (Sheet) ** Slight overlap on 0.5ml tubes Maximum sizes are approximate and may vary depending on the exact brand of vial/tube that you are using.
