QUICK FASTENING SYSTEM ASSEMBLY Push the side (widest) tabs into the selected slits, with the smooth side facing inward, and then pull them through the adjacent slits. Repeat with the small tabs. To take the collar off easily, firmly fold the part that is overhanging after assembly. Pull the tabs out of the slits. STANDARD FASTENING SYSTEM ASSEMBLY Place the perforated part on top, with the smooth surface inward. Slide the large tabs through the selected slits. Slide them under, then over. Repeat with the small tabs. DISASSEMBLY Pull the tabs out of the slits. HOOK-AND-LOOP FASTENING SYSTEM ASSEMBLY Position the Velfast® such that the marker indicating ‘inside’ is located on the animal’s skin (1). Adjust the Velfast® around the animal’s neck; you should be easily able to pass your finger between the E-collar and the skin (2). Superimpose and adhere the hook-and-loop strips using all available surface area, without exceeding the limit (3).
