Centralized Medical Waste Treatment System MWC Series Centralized autoclave (MWC Series) applies to commercial treatment plants with large disposal capacity. The system is composed of an autoclave, a set of autoclave bins, loading platform, condenser, electrical and pneumatic control cabinet, vacuum pump, optional boiler system and shredder system. Working Process: Loading: load medical wastes into autoclave bins and push the bins into the autoclave. Post-Vacuum: remove the residual steam and moisture. Pre-vacuum: air is evacuated to ensure the complete and sufficient sterilization. Unloading: an optional semi auto-transfer line can help to increase the unloading efficiency. Sterilization: the saturated steam is injected in to destroy all forms of microbial germs and pathogens. Shredding: sterile waste is loaded to shredder by an automated bin dumper and crushed to short pieces for safe landfill.
