Description
The BTS-Solar is a measurement system designed for direct spectral irradiance measurements of solar radiation. It includes a BTS2048-UV-S-WP spectroradiometer, SUT-1711 sun tracker, SUT-Z01 sunfinder, SolarRunner software, and necessary cables. It supports evaluations like Total Ozone Column (TOC) measurements.

Compact Sun Tracker Design
The SUT-1711 is a compact sun tracker suitable for global use under various weather conditions. It features a tripod stand and spirit level for adjustment, with a maintenance-free motion system supporting a maximum payload of 5.5 kg.

Fine Sun Tracking Accessory
For enhanced accuracy, a direct sun sensor with an integrated GPS receiver and four-quadrant diode (SUT-Z01) can be used. This accessory provides precise location and time information, communicating with the sun tracker via application software.

Software Controlled
The SolarRunner software manages the full measurement system, automatically controlling the SUT-1711 to track the sun based on GPS position and time. The SUT-Z01 accessory is recommended for precise control and automatic setup.
