Product catalog summary
Overview: The HP Stabilo is a medical pressure reducing valve designed for applications requiring stable outlet pressure at high flow rates. It features a single-stage construction with integrated pressure compensation, ensuring constant outlet pressure even as cylinder pressure decreases. It is suitable for medical device supply in clinics.
Specifications: The HP Stabilo is available for inlet pressures of 200 and 300 bar, with a preset working pressure range of 0.5 to 10 bar. It supports a flow rate of 850 l/min at an inlet pressure of 21 bar and outlet pressure of 10 bar. The valve is compatible with gases such as O2, AIR, N2O, CO2, He, Xe, N2, and test gas mixtures. It operates within a temperature range of -20ºC to +60ºC.
Construction and Features: The valve is constructed with a single-stage inlet pressure compensated diaphragm. It includes a gauge for cylinder pressure indication and a pressure relief valve. The outlets can be equipped with self-closing outlets, NIST housings, or quick couplings. The body is made of brass with nickel-plated external parts, and it uses sealing materials such as PU, EPDM, NBR, Si, PA, and Cu.
Compliance and Standards: The HP Stabilo complies with EN ISO 10524-1 and carries a CE marking according to the Guideline for Medical Products 93/42/EEC, Annex IX, class IIb.
Model Variants: The GM650x and GM651x models require specification of gas type, inlet pressure, number of outlets, and outlet type when ordering. Inlet connections vary based on pressure, with options for DIN, NF, AGA, BS, UNI, PIN-Index for 200 bar, and ISO 5145, DIN 477-5 (1990) for 300 bar.

SWISS optio HP stabilo-1

Safety through Precision SWISS optio HP stabilo The HP stabilo at a glance : - suitable for all applications which require very stable outlet pressure under very high flow rates - despite its single-stage construction the integrated compensation provides constant outlet pressure also with falling cylinder pressure - for preset working pressure up to 10 bar - very compact single-stage construction with inlet connection from rear - in versions for inlet pressure 200 and 300 bar available - mainly intended for the supply of medical devices in clinics The area of application of the medical pressure reducing valve HP stabilo is anywhere, where a preset working pressure is required with both high pressure stability and small construction. Due to the in-built pressure compensation it provides very stable working pressure while the gas cylinder is being emptied despite the single-stage construction. The HP stabilo is available for inlet pressure of 200 as well as 300 bar. The HP stabilo has a gauge for indication of the cylinder pressure, and as well a pressure relief valve. The two outlets can be equipped with self-closing outlets, NIST housings or quick couplings so that for example tubes can be connected to supply medical devices. The HP stabilo is preset by the manufacturer to a fixed working pressure of 0.5 to 10 bar. The HP stabilo corresponds to the norm EN ISO 10524-1. CE marking according to the Guideline for Medical Products 93/42/EEC, Annex IX, class IIb.
