Ingenious block construction, combined with powerful Peltier cooler, produces very rapid heating and cooling. Dry temperature control system maintains clean and aerosol-free environment. 2-line LCD display clearly indicates both set and actual values for temperature and time. Rapid DNA denaturation at 95°C quickly achieved. DNA denaturation techniques further supported with an audible alarm for denaturation ‘time-up’; samples can then be quickly cooled.
