Ozone generator

Product catalog summary
Overview of Ozone Generators:
GRIZZLY s.r.o. manufactures ozone generators that utilize ceramic plates to create corona discharges, converting oxygen (O2) into ozone (O3). Ozone is highly effective in eliminating viruses, bacteria, molds, fungi, and odors, with a 99.9% efficiency rate against pathogens and being 200 times more effective than chlorine.
Hazard Identification:
Ozone is classified as an oxidizing gas with potential health hazards including skin and eye irritation, and severe respiratory toxicity. It is particularly harmful to individuals with chronic pulmonary issues such as asthma.
Composition and Reactivity:
Ozone (O3) is highly unstable and reactive, especially with oxidizable substances. It decomposes readily at ambient temperatures.
Toxicological Information:
Exposure to ozone can cause discomfort, headaches, coughing, and respiratory issues. Chronic exposure may lead to long-term breathing disorders.
Product Specifications:
  • GRIZZLY G20: Ozone output of 20g/h, 4 ceramic plates, 3.5 kg, controlled by a simple remote with timer.
  • GRIZZLY G40: Ozone output of 40g/h, 8 ceramic plates, 5.1 kg, controlled by an intelligent remote with LCD.
  • GRIZZLY G60: Ozone output of 60g/h, 12 ceramic plates, 6.7 kg, controlled by an intelligent remote with LCD.
  • GRIZZLY G80: Ozone output of 80g/h, 16 ceramic plates, 8.3 kg, controlled by an intelligent remote with LCD.
Additional Information:
The half-life of ozone varies with temperature and environment, being shorter in water than in air. In practical scenarios, the half-life in air can be as short as 1 hour due to factors like air movement and humidity.

GRIZZLY s.r.o., Kráľovská 811/34, 927 01 Šaľa, Business ID: 46648241, VAT reg. no: SK2023499852 OZONE GENERATORS GRIZZLY Inside the device are placed ceramic plates in between which originates corona discharges. The discharges change the molecules of oxygen O2 to unstable and highly oxidative ozone O3. This chemical arrangement has the ability to kill the viruses, bacteria, molds, funguses, smells. Ozone is a gas, thanks to which it penetrates all gaps, pores of materials such as covers, carpets, curtains, furniture, ventilation ducts and others. Ozone effects: Ozone efficiency against viruses and bacteria is extremely high – reaching 99,9%! Ozone is 200 times more effective than chlorine. For example, ozone kills E.coli bacteria 3000 times faster than chlorine Ozone liquidates the Coronavirus COVID-19 with great results. Ozone does not leave any residual coating on the surfaces, only fresh air free of pathogens. After disintegration, the assembly of the O3 molecule is the oxygen molecule

Other Information The half-life of ozone is much shorter in water than in air. Increased temperature in either solvent decreases the half-life. Published research indicates a half-life of 20 minutes for ozone dissolved in water at 20°C, and a half-life of approximately 25 hours for ozone in dry air at 24°C (McClurkin & Maier, 2010). The practical half-life time is actually less, especially in air, due to air circulation, humidity, the presence of contaminants or walls with which to react, etc. In many situations, with air movement, warmer temperatures, and normal relative humidity, the half-life...
