K-MOD is a new total primary knee prosthesis system characterized by the modularity of its components. Dynamic Congruence
The K-MOD Dynamic Congruence is a fixed bearing solution that restores natural knee kinematics, improving range of motion (ROM), stability, and patient quality of life. Traditional knee prostheses often replace anatomical motion with paradoxical motion, leading to instability, increased wear, and decreased flexion.

Natural Tibiofemoral Kinematics
The Dynamic Congruence insert is designed to restore natural joint anatomy and kinematics throughout the entire ROM. The medial side's spherical surface allows condyle rotation during flexion, while the lateral condyle can move posteriorly. The raised anterior lip prevents anterior subluxation.

Wear Debris Reduction
The interface between the polyethylene insert and the tibial component is mirror-polished to reduce wear. Polyethylene inserts are sterilized with ethylene oxide (ETO) to maintain long-term quality.

Trochlear Groove
The femoral component's physiological groove optimizes patellofemoral kinematics, reducing patellar dislocation risk and improving long-term outcomes.

Maximum Stabilization
The tibial component can accommodate tibial stems for additional stability, available in 21 sizes. The femoral component's dual curvature radii improve knee flexion and promote physiological rollback.

Complete Modularity
The Biolock coupling ensures complete modularity between the meniscal insert and tibial tray, allowing compatibility across different sizes.

Enhanced Implant
The tibial tray's bone-cement interface features a cavity to facilitate component implantation.

The K-MOD system uses advanced technologies for pre-operative 3D planning, ensuring precise alignment and reduced recovery time.

Uncemented and Anallergic Options
The uncemented K-MOD features a Ti-Growth-C® titanium plasma spray coating for osseointegration. The anallergic model has a titanium-niobium nitride coating to prevent allergic reactions.
