The H&H Combat Care Documentation Cards provides immediate access to vital life-saving information in the field. H&H’s Combat Eye Shield patented design (Design Patent No. D674,903) according to the specifications of several active duty surgeons of OIF/OEF to cover penetrating eye injuries. The Combat Eye Shield is designed to meet the CoTCCC guidelines for the treatment of penetrating eye trauma while providing a small, sterile package to fit in any trauma kit. TK-4 features a newly developed woven elastic textile band (3” wide by 40” long) that provides incredible strength and flexibility. With one steel hook fastened steadfast (three thick hog rings per S-Hook) to both ends of the elastic band, and packaged in a small, vacuum-sealed pouch, TK-4 is the perfect solution for any kind of injury involving arterial bleeding. Burns can happen at any time and can cause life-threatening situations. The H&H Sterile Burn Blanket provides a fast response to burns large and small. This sterile, non-adherent, dry blanket can be used to treat thermal burns that cover a large percentage (over 20%) of body surface area. The Combat Eye Shield is composed of a 6-inch Hydrogel disc that surrounds a fox eye shield, giving a large surface area to attach to the casualty that will nor harm adjacent trauma or burns. TK-4 has been deployed by the US Marine Corps, US Special Forces, and numerous law enforcement and emergency services. Made of high quality paper and designed to be small enough to fit in any trauma kit, the H&H Combat Care Documentation Card is a use-once, throw away tool to communicate to everyone quickly and efficiently. This card is everything that is needed to document care under fire. All the provider has to do is circle the care that they gave and write in the time. Has a graph to record vital signs and medications given. Has a bar code for patient identification and tracking. Our cards come in two versions. Our Standard Version (Item No. HHTC3V1) provides bar-coding for patient identification and tracking and includes a zip tie to easily attach the card to a wrist, ankle or button hole.
