PriMed Gauze Combat Medic Reinforcement Tape Dry Sterile Burn Dressings & Cravat H&H PriMed Gauze takes care of moderate to severe wounds involving heavy blood loss. Made with high quality cotton for maximum absorption and stability, H&H priMed Gauze is vacuum packed small for easy storage yet expands to cover large wound areas. It is the perfect companion to our compression bandages to stop severe blood loss and save lives. The H&H Combat Medic Reinforcement Tape gives First Responders added security and support when gauze and elastic straps are not enough. Our new Dry Sterile Burn Dressing and Super Combat Cravat is made from two layers of spunbond polypropylene, 45” X 45” x 63” that has two (2) sewn reinforcement seams, high strength polyester lock stitched, located off of each edge 1/4” from the edge and 1/4” apart. For added reinforcement a 1/2” twill trim surrounds the cravat. The dressing material meets TCCC November 2009 guidelines for burns. Made from high quality adhesives and reinforced backing, the H&H Combat Medic Reinforcement Tape is small enough to fit in any kit but gives over 100 inches of 2” tape for all kinds of uses. From additional security for bandages to reinforcing compression to stop blood loss, the H&H Combat Medic Reinforcement Tape is pocket-sized security in any situation. The dressing is sterile, non-adherent and is vacuum packaged in a 3 mm nylon poly barrier bag. It is 33% larger than the available cravats and, after vacuum sealing is 50% smaller in cube then the present products.
